In a typical school year (August to June of the next calendar year), Crooms BAC is responsible for coordinating the following events. (NOTE: Committee meetings are scheduled at the discretion of the committee chairperson.)

August	August 27, 2021	August 26, 2022	BAC Meeting	General Business Advisory Council meeting. Typically occurs on the 3rd or 4th Friday of the month.
October	October 22, 2021	October 28, 2022	BAC Meeting	General Business Advisory Council meeting. Typically occurs on the 3rd or 4th Friday of the month.
November	November 9, 2021	November 8, 2022	Teach-In Day	Occurs on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving Break, and is one of the BAC’s signature events. BAC members and sponsors with are invited to present to students about their careers and experiences.
January	January 21, 2022	January 27, 2023	BAC Meeting	General Business Advisory Council meeting. Typically occurs on the 3rd or 4th Friday of the month.
March	March 11, 2022	March 10, 2023	TechFest	Occurs on the Thursday before Spring Break, and is the BAC’s signature annual event. BAC members and sponsors are invited to lead workshops, present to students in an exhibition hall-type setting, and make connections with students/future interns.
April	April 22, 2022		BAC Meeting	General Business Advisory Council meeting. Typically occurs on the 3rd or 4th Friday of the month.
May	May 27, 2022	May 26, 2023	BAC Meeting	General Business Advisory Council meeting. Typically occurs on the 3rd or 4th Friday of the month.
